How does the virtual / e-design service work?+
Our e-design service is completely remote. After your consultation, we create a full mood board, floor plan layout, and curated shopping list tailored to your space. Everything is delivered digitally so you can implement it at your own pace — wherever you are in the world.
Do you work with clients outside of Canada?+
Absolutely. Lumière Interiors works with clients worldwide. Our virtual design and e-design services are built specifically for remote collaboration, meaning your location is never a barrier to getting a beautifully designed space.
How long does a project typically take?+
Timelines vary depending on the scope. A consultation is typically completed within a week. E-design packages take 2–3 weeks. Full room redesigns run 4–8 weeks depending on sourcing and delivery times. We'll give you a clear timeline at the start of every project.
What if I don't know my style yet?+
That's exactly what we're here for. Our discovery process is designed to help you articulate what you love even if you can't put it into words yet. We ask the right questions, show you references, and guide you toward a direction that feels completely natural and right for you.
Do you work with all budgets?+
Yes. We offer services starting from $80 and scale all the way to full property transformations. We're transparent about costs from the start and always work to maximise the impact of your budget — no matter what it is.
Do you design commercial spaces and Airbnbs?+
Yes — commercial spaces, Airbnbs, and rental properties are a core part of what we do. We understand that for investors, design is a business decision. We focus on creating spaces that photograph well, attract guests, and command higher rates.
